Our mindfulness therapy sessions offer personalized care tailored to your specific needs. Our counselors use evidence-based techniques to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. We offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Tuning forks are used in conjunction with body work to aid in achieving balance. Somatic stretching and relaxation methods are also offered

Teletherapy

While our new office location offers a tranquil setting, we understand that life's demands can make it difficult to manage in-person appointments. You have the option to connect with your counselor virtually from the privacy of your home or a discreet office space. Additionally, couples have the flexibility to join sessions from two separate locations, provided they are within the states where the therapist holds a license.

In addition to our therapy services, we offer nutrition, supplement recommendations, and exercises to assist with mindfulness and wellness.
